Questions about renovating in Tenerife
What should I include in my first enquiry?+
Please include the location, property type, desired work and approximate timeframe. Rough dimensions and a description of the current condition help with an initial assessment; a firm evaluation may require a site visit.
Does contacting you create a contract?+
No. Forms, calls and messages start a conversation. A commission requires a separate agreement on the specific work and conditions.
Can I enquire about a single job?+
You can enquire about an individual service or several related renovation tasks. Whether and when we can take on the work depends on its scope, location and availability.
Will I need permission for the work?+
That depends on the proposed changes, building and local requirements. Responsibility for permits, technical documentation and any owners’ association approvals is clarified in advance. Work requiring authorisation cannot start without it.
